Taekwondo has been a fun and rewarding. My name is Parker Lindahl [Mr. Lindahl] I have met many influential people at taekwondo but Mr.Hoffman and Mr.Pierce have helped me all throughout my time at Lewis center. I have transferred from lewis center to powell it was a pretty hard transfer but it worked out.
I think “behaving like a black belt” outside of the academy means respecting others and being disciplined. if I had to give advice to lower ranks who are struggling with their goals would say to listen carefully to your teachers and asks lots of questions. some new goals I have are to get a 3rd-degree black belt because I want to always reach for the next rank up.Some new challenges I will face as a 2nd-degree will be to have better techniques and have more expected of me. In the process I have learned lots. I have improved on techniques by working with master jay turner .
In conclusion, taekwondo has taught lots to me like disciplined and respect. In addition, taekwondo has taught me to be hard working and never give up.
